During my time at Fever I have launched over 100 immersive events. Forged strong partnerships with internal teams and external collaborators; delivered compelling and financially rewarding experiences, that resulted in heightened customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. Led staff training sessions for event activations of up to 80 staff members at a time. Empowered staff to become fully self sufficient in all problem solving situations. Liaised between partners, Fever, and production staff to ensure the highest level of success. Led cross-functional team in analyzing event launch processes to optimize event performance moving forward and create a resource for shared learnings company-wide. Pioneered the establishment of a groundbreaking role, serving as the blueprint for coordinators worldwide​​
