Why does gender inequality persist in the workplace?  That was the question motivating Emily Monroe, an Â鶹´«Ã½ senior who spent the past year researching diversity and inclusion in the business world as part of her Hackworth Fellowship at the Ethics Center.

Monroe interviewed 12 women in high-powered leadership roles about their experiences, as well as what companies and individuals can do to help close the opportunity gap between men and women. Her project offers a podcast, tips for young women entering the workplace, and a wealth of information about the issue.
